RESILIENCE
What is resilience?
Resilience is the ability to cope when things go wrong.
Resilience can also be described as:
Bouncing back after difficult times.
Dealing with challenges and still holding your head up.
Giving things a go or trying your best.
Being strong on the inside.
Being able to cope with what life throws at you and shrug it off.
Standing up for yourself.
Getting back into shape after you have been bent or stretched.
Look at the following video as an excellent example of resilience...

I AM HUMAN
Listen to the following story...
ππ
This book describes what it means to be human: we have dreams, we are curious, we make mistakes, we feel sad, and we can make positive changes with our compassion and understanding.
Today I want you to think only of those things that you want, dream and wish with all your heart.
Children,
I want to congratulate you for being resilient throughout this difficult year.
Every values activity we did together taught us to see a learning opportunity in every difficult situation to cope with.
Remember that it is always important to take care of ourselves, love ourselves and be compassionate towards us by accepting our own humanity.
Do everything from a place of love, empathy, and kindness. The world needs an army of good people who in small daily actions make the big changes.
I wish that each of your wishes are fulfilled.
Thanks for a year of great growth together.
I love you so much.
