Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices.


Practicing yoga is said to have multiple benefits for our health and our emotional development.

  • Teaches appropriate ways to channel negative emotions.
  • Improves mood.
  • Has stress relief effects.
  • Teaches relaxation techniques that promote calmness.
  • Helps identify and understand our own emotions.
  • Encourages self-knowledge.

When you are feeling overwhelmed,you can play this game with a dice.

The point is to focus on your body and your breathing.
Yoga offers an opportunity to channel physical energy and express emotional states in a physical way.
