Kindness is an important social skill that plays a huge role in creating a positive environment for all.
Kindness can mean many different things.
Sometimes, it is doing something nice for someone else.
Sometimes, it is treating someone the way you want to be treated.
Sometimes, it is treating someone the way you want to be treated.
Other times, it is doing our part to clean up and take care of the environment.
Kindness is even about being loving and thoughtful to ourselves.
kindness creates more kindness.
It is a chain.
When we are kind to someone, it not only makes that person feel good but it makes us feel good too.
The more kind acts we do, the kinder our entire world becomes.

Let´s do a KINDNESS challenge!
Step 1:
Think about a time someone was kind to you.
Think about how that made you feel.
Think about times when you were kind to someone else.
Think about how that made you feel.
Step 2:
Think on a list of kind activities you can do.
Write at least 7 kind actions that you can do at home.

Step 3:
You have to complete the kindness challenge by actually doing each of the activities throughout the week.
When you finish doing a Kind activity you can colour it or cross it out on your chart.
Best of all, this is something you can do again and again by coming up with new lists of kind activities.
You could even have a challenge every single week or month!
