It is important to start understanding ourselves and develop strong self-awareness skills! 


Self-awareness is having a strong understanding of oneself. 
That includes understanding our thoughts, emotions, strengths, challenges, needs, and dreams for the future.

If you have a better understanding of your emotions, actions, and abilities,
you can make better choices.


You will have many experiences throughout your development that challenge your view of yourself. 
It is important to make sure that you recognize your positive qualities and traits and identify ways of coping during moments of low self-esteem.
