SELF-AWARENESS

Travel Quotes | Happiness is everywhere.

Sure...we all have bad days here and there...

Feelings of negativity can quietly creep in and before we know it, we may find ourselves feeling irritable, stressed, or even sad.

When this happens, I have found that 
self-reflection is the best solution as it requires us to be fully self-aware!

We put the focus on our own self and observe:
our thoughts
our beliefs.
our emotions.
our happy or sad memories.
our family and friends.
what we love doing.
What we don´t like doing.
Etc.


 

The practice of being self-aware is a good habit to be in because it empowers us to make better choices, and it has the power to make a big difference in our attitude instantly!


Self-awareness requires self-examination...
