SELF-CARE

self-awareness is shining a light on the parts of your internal world that might otherwise get buried down, pushed aside or go unnoticed. 

Awareness of these aspects of yourself is the first step to change and growth.

As you shine a light on parts of your internal world that feel uncomfy and confronting it’s absolutely essential that you counter this with self-care and self-compasion.

Taking time out to care for yourself can remind you and others that you and your needs are important. 

Self-care isn’t selfish.
It’s okay to focus on yourself. 

In fact, it’s the only way that you’re going to have the energy and strength to look after other people. 
Bettering yourself through self care will make you healthier and happier!
