Arts and Craft: BUBBLES

WHY NOT GIVE BUBBLE PAINTING A TRY?

How to paint with bubbles - a fun, easy activity that kids and moms love! It’s quick and easy to set up and there’s plenty of room for imagination as children create pictures. Great for preschoolers on up! #kidsactivity #bubbles #kidscrafts

You will have a blast blowing bubbles, combining colors and making beautiful prints

You will need the following supplies:
  • small plastic containers to hold the paint mixture
  • tempera paint in a variety of colors
  • liquid dish soap
  • water
  • straws
  • a push pin (When you look at the supply list you may be asking, “Why do I need a push pin?” I like to poke a hole into the straws so you can’t drink the paint/bubble solution.  The hole will still allow you to blow bubbles!!)

THE PAINTING PROCESS
1.To make the paint solution, you have to add paint to the bottom of the plastic container.  Then add a squirt of dish soap and filled the container with a couple of inches of water.
2.The solution should be thin enough so that when you blow bubbles into the liquid, the bubbles expand over the top of the container.
3.Lightly press a small piece of paper over the bubbles.
This leaves an interesting print on the paper.
